We previously wrote about the “VS Energy” group of companies, which owned critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, including “Sevastopolenergo”, which worked directly for the aggressor. The owners of “VS Energy” were the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexander Babakov and the president of the football club CSKA Evgeny Giner.
In May of this year, the occupiers-controlled “Sevastopol media” announced that “Sevastopolenergo” allegedly “changed its owner” from the beginning of 2024 to a certain company “MSK”.
Through “MSK” it was announced that the “reduction of management personnel” and the focus of the “new owners” on key “Putin’s projects” were allegedly announced, which, “strangely enough”, coincides in terms of facilities with the further intensification of servicing of military facilities of the occupiers. We wrote about this that the “new owners” are really hidden in the occupiers’ registers as deeply as possible, through a bunch of recently created or “modernized” Moscow shell companies and a number of “founders” and “general directors” without a public past.
The Moscow “Interregional Grid Company” itself allegedly has Dmitry Martynov and the “United Distribution Grid Company” as its founders.
Through Martynov, “MSK” is connected, through “MIRO-M” with the Krasnodar micro-company with the “sonorous” name “United Energy Systems”, as well as with the newly-minted “Sevastopol” “production company Sevastopol” and “Sevenergosbyt”, clearly “registered in conjunction” with “Sevastopolenergo”.
We wrote in May that such an “energy whirlwind” testifies to the desire not only to hide the “circumstances of the transfer” of the alleged “former beneficiaries” of “Sevastopolenergo”, but also their current connection with the criminal enterprise.
Now, as follows from Sevastopol social networks, the situation around “MSK” is heating up and “they have apparently decided to bankrupt the Sevastopolenergo enterprise”. It is reported that after the “change of the company’s legal entity” in “labor relations” to the aforementioned “MSK”, “people were not allowed to take their planned vacations, their salaries were cut, after which everyone was forced to write a resignation letter due to layoffs and were told that they would leave a small number of people working, the rest would be fired”
This information “surfaced” due to the fact that “according to the statements that they were forced to sign, all the company’s employees remain on the street on August 19”, and “delighted employees” reported that “MSK” “took for itself, according to the documents, the technical connections department”, where “there are more than 2,000 applications from consumers for connection, capacity increase” as the main “corruption vein” in “Sevastopolenergo”.
Obviously, under the sign of “change of ownership” the “Sevastopol power engineers” will have a particularly busy autumn.
