After a fairly long tragicomic story with the “issuance of land plots” to participants in the Russian aggression in the remote areas of Western Crimea far from housing and infrastructure, “the turn has come” to the Kerch Peninsula. Now the criminal “Minister of Property and Land Relations” of the occupiers Larisa Kulinich announced that “more than a thousand land plots in the Leninsky district are ready for issuance to participants in the special operation.”
Kulinich promised that allegedly “cadastral work has been carried out on 835 land plots” near the village of Kamenske (Ak Monai) and “231 land plots have been formed” in the village of Solyane (Kyrym Eli).
Let us recall that earlier about 1,500 “plots” were “cut” by collaborators on abandoned agricultural lands near the village of Lisnivka, in the permanent “fertilizer zone” from the Saki chemical plant, near Okunivka (Tarpanchi), in Medvedeve (Tabuldy As), which is ten kilometers away from the sea, as well as the village of Privetne (Bolek-Adzhi), located between Yevpatoriya and Donuzlav, at a considerable distance from the sea. In these areas, not counting the “chemical” Lisnivka, there were traditional problems with both water and soil for agriculture.
All these “oases” had one thing in common: the lack of water, sewage, electricity and gas, location on low-quality lands, a sufficient distance, except for Okunivka, from the coast. Therefore, it is not surprising that even in Okunivka, the criminal “veterans”, according to the fake “deputy” of Kulinich, Anatoly Zaichenko, “simply did not reach us. The plots are reserved for them, and as soon as they finish urgent matters and come to us, we will issue orders.”
At the same time, not for “cannon fodder”, but for their “dear friends” this year, the Crimean collaborators from the “state council leaving for re-elections” hastily “allocated” in the villages of Viline (Burlyuk), Krinichne, Zybiny (Arginchik), Aromatne (Shaban Oba), Zelenogyrske (Efendikoy), Oleksandrivka (Biy Kemelchi) and so on, that is, in areas that are quite good for living and suitable for agriculture.
However, the current “coastal estates”, formally located near the shore of the Sea of Azov, are not only also deprived of water, roads and gas, but are distinguished by “special value”. For example, Kamenske, located at the base of the Arabat Spit, as is easy to guess from the name, is located not only on a limestone cliff, but also on the site of the former Ak-Monai catacombs, and therefore the surrounding lands, full of sinkholes, are, to put it mildly, not suitable for any agriculture.
Solyane is generally located on the Arabat Spit and there are no suitable lands for farming on the salt marshes of that embankment.
Therefore, it is not surprising that in both “megalopolises” the local population never exceeded a hundred or two people, and, for example, the same Medvedevo, compared to these half-abandoned villages, is a “center of civilization”. Most likely, having “cut up” the land in Kamenske and Solyane, the initiators of this scam expect to “buy it out” en masse and quickly after distribution: if these lands are obviously not suitable for housing for hundreds of people, then for “elite lands” for a couple of “chosen ones” – it is quite suitable.
