The results of the “primaries of a united Russia” announced by the occupiers in Sevastopol confirmed our hypothesis about the “red quarter”, namely the Kremlin’s instructions to “include participants in deputies” of Russian aggression. Since only “state employees” took part in the “voting” on this show according to the order, the current “voted” lists will be “new deputies of the legislative assembly” in the fall, if, of course, they live to see it.
As the occupiers themselves admit, in addition to “United Russia”, a couple of “Slutsky’s guys” will most likely be allowed into the criminal “city parliament” “on the lists”, and, with a much lesser degree of probability, “communists”. Now our mistake has become clear regarding our collaborator and current “deputy” Pavel Kharlamov, who in April hastily announced his “departure for the front”; this was not caused by his problems with the punitive forces, but precisely by the need to get into the “quota” established by the Kremlin for “veterans”.
In addition to Kharlamov, classical political instructors, “deputy commanders for military-political work” Mikhail Sukhenko and Alexei Zhuchkov, will be sent from the “Yalta fronts” to the “legislative assembly”. The only “future deputy” likely to have fought will be “hero of Russia” Roman Kulakov, a military intelligence officer who served in Sevastopol since 2016; however, he has also long been used by the aggressor’s propaganda in the role of a “talking head” who allegedly “performed a secret feat.”
Also, as we wrote earlier, the current “senators” were demoted to the “city council”, namely Ekaterina Altabaeva and Sergei Kolbin, as well as the “state duma deputy” Tatyana Lobach, the rest of the “majoritarians” are the current “deputies” and “officials”.
The less “time and resource intensive” list includes a number of distinctive characters; in addition to propagandists from the “executive committee of the all-Russian popular front” Larisa Melnik and the “head of the Sevastopol reception” Dmitry Medvedev Inna Goncharova, this is the “notary” Natalya Kiryukhina, who serves the property scams of “businessmen” close to Razvozhaev, and the “general director” of the notorious “Sevastopolstroyproekt” Konstantin Pirogov.
Let us remind, that the criminal “Sevastopolstroyproekt” we previously described was a constant plot for the theft of “federal target program funds” by Mikhail Razvozhaev’s clan, and now its signatory receives “personnel remuneration.”
