Previously, we wrote about the initiatives voiced by the criminal Crimean gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov to Marat Khusnullin to “implement federal programs manually”, and now the fake “head of Crimea” has decided to “consolidate the success”.
Now, together with their “worst friend”, the criminal “Sevastopol governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev, they “persistently asked” the Kremlin dictator “to extend until 2030 the simplified government procurement procedure in force in the Crimea and Sevastopol”, which actually boils down to the personal decision of the current “petitioners”.
This “special order”, through which hundreds of billions were forever dissolved, was “extended by the occupiers until the end of 2024” in 2022, and now their appetites are obviously growing.
Against the background of such “yawning heights” in “manual management of finances”, the contrast with the laundering of “pathetic” 600 thousand by the “subordinates” of that same Razvozhaev on such a “fundamental issue” as “research work” according to… calculation of the “size” becomes the most tragicomic rental cost” of a kiosk or stall.
From the “purchase documentation” it became known that to complete this order “at least one candidate of economic sciences, one doctor in the same field, as well as an associate professor and a professor are required” without indicating “the specific branch of science to which these specialists belong”.
All this аreopagus will be collected to obtain such a “product” as “justification of the initial price of the contract for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities on land plots in Sevastopol with correction factors for various types of trade”.
It is obvious that for large sums and for more “significant objects” neither Aksyonov nor Razvozhaev will definitely need the mentioned operetta “assistant professors with candidates” in their corruption “mega-schemes”.
