We recently described a typical scam of the Sevastopol “government” with Elena Meshkovskaya, the declared “founder of the private company” “Digital Innovations”, through which all “utility payments” will be pumped in the occupied city.
Then we noted that Meshkovskaya had recently been “exposed” by the occupiers as the so-called “deputy chief physician for medical affairs and organizational and methodological work” of such a “budgetary institution” as the Sevastopol “Blood Center” (“Tsentr Krovy”).
However, as it turned out, her successor in the same “position,” Vadim Antilogov, sometimes knows how to surprise with his statements. For example, the other day he complained to the occupiers’ propaganda that “some heads of enterprises and institutions in Sevastopol do not allow their employees to donate blood”.
Antilogov stated that “the number of donors in Sevastopol has increased over the past two years, but at the same time, for obvious reasons, the need for blood and its components has also increased”.
At the same time, the main “incentive” for “voluntary-compulsory” blood donation is “an additional paid day off” and thus occupiers “technically shifted” that financial burden for donating blood to the donors’ employers, which, of course, makes them “particularly delighted”.
It is noteworthy that Antilogov does not see any way out of the situation, and invites donors to “negotiate with employers”. However, in addition to the city “Blood Center,” the occupiers also drive donors directly to the Sevastopol military hospital, and there they no longer ask for anyone’s consent.
