As we wrote on the eve of the large-scale Russian invasion, the aggressor planned to lay a power line from “Sevastopol to Alupka”, through the Foros and Ai-Petri yailas, within the framework of which it was planned to destroy up to a million trees. This route was designed by the “Lenelektromontazh” company at the request of the criminal “Krymenergo”, and the “permission” for construction 91-000-3079-2021MS was given by the aggressor’s binistry of construction.

An analysis of the “permit” showed that the construction involved covering a “double-circuit version” of the section from Sevastopol, through Yalta, to the substation in Luchiste near Alushta, with a line voltage of 110 kilovolts. This line was designed through the “Zarya” substation near the village of Katsiveli, which provides electricity to the complexes of “government dachas” of Putin and his servants, with “renovation of the facility”. But the main task of the new line was to ensure the militarization and colonization of the southern coast of the Crimea with electricity from the Balaklava thermal power plant built by the occupiers.

In January, Sevastopol “media” reported the “resurrection” of this project, including a “tender” from “Krymenergo” for the 110 kV power transmission line “Sevastopolskaya – Yalta – Luchiste”, through the same “Zarya” substation. It is noteworthy that earlier the Sevastopol “authorities,” clearly left by “Krymenergo” without their share of the corruption pie, promised the population that “there will be no line”.

But after the “personal influence” on them of the aggressor energy minister Nikolai Shulginov, who specially arrived for this “meeting” on December 7 last year, the criminal “governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev “changed his position” and began to talk about some “compromises”. However, as they gossip in the Sevastopol “corridors of power”, the fight against the project of “additional electrification” of Putin’s dacha can become a very toxic story in the Kremlin’s eyes for its participants.
