We wrote earlier about criminal “adventuries” of former American former Marine Corps intelligence officer, former UN Special Commission weapons inspector, and a convicted sex offender William Scott Ritter Jr. Ritter was the subject of two U.S. law enforcement sting operations; he was charged in June 2001 with trying to set up a meeting with an undercover police officer posing as a 16-year-old girl. Ritter was arrested again in November 2009 over communications with a police decoy he met on an Internet chat site. Police said that he exposed himself, via a web camera, after the officer repeatedly identified himself as a 15-year-old girl.
Since 2022 Ritter, earlier known for conspirative and fake “theories” about Gulf War, begun to disseminate pro-Russian fakes about aggression against Ukraine and visited illegally occupied Crimea and Sevastopol. In May, 2023 he was transferred by Russian intelligence to illegal “Sevastopol state univercity”. In 2021 we wrote that Russian punitives used sources of Yalta-origin ethnic criminal group that is “specialised” on minors prostitution and pornography for organising illegal visits of fake “people diplomates” to occupied peninsula.
In January, 2024 Ritter made new visit, as to Chechen Grozny, so to occupied Simferopol, where he met for aggressor’s propagandistic narratives with Ramzan Kadyrov and Sergey Aksyonov. In Grozny those meetings were held with participation of Hasan Ibragimov, who calls himself as “Kadyrov’s nephew”, the criminal “deputy commander” of the ““Akhmat” detachment”, as well as of his henchmen, who made on December 26, a brawl in occupied Simferopol as the criminal “representative of Kadyrov in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions”. During this meetings Kadyrov inter alea proposed to change group of Ukrainian prisoners of war he controls personally on cancelling U.S. and EU sactions against his family members, de-facto using openly such Ukrainians as hostages.
Obviously that Scott Ritter will be used by Russian punishers as “talking head” on criminal “Putin’s re-election” on March at occupied territories; in this situation the biobraphy of Ritter’s daughter, Patricia Ritter, also noticed with her dad in Grozny, is extremely interesting. Patricia’ mother is Georgian-origin “translator” and she is also evidenlty a client of Russia’s services.
Patricia now “continues her education” in Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies (CERES) in Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service in Washington, DC. As CERES writes in its webcite, “Patricia is originally from Manhattan, New York, but spent most of her childhood upstate in the suburbs of Albany, growing up in a multicultural Georgian-American family”.
Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree in History from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2015 and later “served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kareli, Shida Kartli, Georgia, where she worked with members of the community to teach English to over 400 students”. At CERES, Patricia allegeldy “hopes to delve further into Soviet and post-Soviet minority rights and nation building in the South Caucasus while improving her Russian language abilities” and “hopes to find meaningful work in the South Caucasus region”.
Its remarcable that Patricia not only published some photos from aggressor-controlled territory in her Instagram, but also wrote in last time some posts, supporting HAMAS. So it is quite rhetoric question, why Scott Ritter and his Moscow bosses organised education for Patricia exactly in Georgetown University and what is the real goal of this scam against U.S. interests.
