As the aggressor-controlled “Sevastopol media” reported on January 8, in the last days of 2023, the so-called “resort and recreational complex” on the Northern side of the occupied city in the village of Lyubimovka, previously announced by the criminal “governor” Razvozhaev, “passed a state examination” of “all stages of construction at once”. Earlier, Mikhail Razvozhaev boasted that he allegedly “agreed” on a “complex” with “Promsvyazbank” and a certain “YUGA company” at a propaganda “economic forum” in St. Petersburg.

The published “approval data” states that the “project documentation” was prepared by the notorious “Sevastopolstroyproekt”, and the “customer” was the criminal company “Specialized Developer “Voskhozhdenie”. We previously covered other criminal scams of the Moscow “Promsvyazbank”, which since 2019 has become the “support bank for carrying out operations on state defense orders” of the aggressor, and which, in the conditions of large-scale aggression, not only illegally began work in the occupied Crimea, but also became a key instrument of criminal financial occupation of mainland south of Ukraine, with “branches” located in the premises of Ukrainian banks seized by the aggressor.

The criminal “Sevastopolstroyproekt” we previously described is a laying ground for the theft of “funds from the federal target program” by the Mikhail Razvozhaev’s clan; it is connected both with individual pro-Russian terrorists and with a number of current criminal “officials” of the occupiers in Melitopol, and created through the “reorganization” of the illegal “football club” “Sevastopol”.

Formally, “Voskhozhdenie” was “registered” in 2021 in occupied Sevastopol, but has obvious “Moscow roots”, both in terms of the formal “founder”, Moscow lawyer and liquidator Nadezhda Titova, and in the fall of 2022, when it went through the “introduction of a software product”. The “talking head” from “Voskhozhdeniye”, through which 2.2 million rubles were spent in 2022, was noticed by Muscovite Andrei Savchenkov, who in March last year promised “as part of the large-scale resort complex YUGA a five-star hotel, 10 villas and buildings with apartments”.

This occupier, who “kindly promised” the population of Lyubimovka that they might continue to be allowed on the village beach, is interesting because on social networks he is noted as a “technical support specialist for projects” of the Moscow “Trialink Group” as a “system integrator in the field telecommunications” with “developments in the field of professional radio communications and warning systems”. It is obvious that the beneficiaries of the “Trialink” group of companies will be directly connected with the criminal development of Lyubimovka.
