First, on December 16, he boasted of involving a number of Sevastopol collaborators in the show “nominating Putin as a candidate,” while the characters featured at this performance were “the head of the regional executive committee of the peoples’ front” Larisa Melnik, “the chairman of the public chamber” Alexander Troshev, “the head of the regional branch of the committee families of warriors of the fatherland” Victoria Tupchanenko, and sambo wrestler Anton Brachev, were selected in such a way that, in addition to fake “positions”, they do not have real “weight” in the criminal occupiers’ “hierarchy”.
For example, Tupchanenko is the widow of a killed helicopter pilot of the aggressor, “senior sergeant” Evgeniy Tupchanenko, and under her current “high-profile position”, completely different people are running scams with “humanitarian aid” to the invaders, including those close to the “authoritative” collaborator Pavel Lebedev. Larisa Melnik, in her criminal zeal to serve the interests of the aggressor, “grew up” to “a whole deputy of the Leninist district council” with a tragicomic attempt two years ago to “ask chair in the State Duma,” which evoked exclusively sarcasm from her “senior comrades.”
Therefore, it is not surprising that Putin’s criminal “regional election headquarters” was opened in the volunteer headquarters “We are together – Sevastopol” controlled by Razvozhaev, about whose scams we have written many times, and its “co-chairs” were the same Melnik and Tupchanenko, as well as the elderly “professional Sevastopol resident” Valery Volodin, who already played the criminal role of “Putin’s confidant from Sevastopol” in 2018. However, taking into account the accumulated “minor disagreements” between the occupiers’ criminal “centers of power”, which we have repeatedly described, it is possible that the criminal activities of the “headquarters” will also acquire tragicomic features.
