In December, aggressor-controlled “Crimean” propaganda began to disseminate stories about “Crimean specialists from the “Regul Group” canine center” who are allegedly “engaged in mine clearance” in the occupied part of mainland Ukraine. It tells about allegedly “more than a dozen canine squads” which, among other things, were used by the occupiers for the “security” of fake “referendums” and “elections”, and now they are holding “events” in Mariupol, Berdyansk, Volnovakha and Primorsk, Severodonetsk, Lisichansk with hints of “the use of dogs on the front line”.
Let us note that in the public sphere, “Crimean specialists” from “Regul Group” did not respond, but this Moscow structure itself, with its founder Viktor Tyupin, has been operating since 2017; a number of “ordinary” security firms in Moscow were also registered on Tyupin at different times. In the advertisement, “Regul Group” talks about “17 specialists, more than 20 service dogs, involved in ensuring the security of the facilities of 25 partner companies”, including the aggressor’s Ministry of Agriculture, departments of the city of Moscow, “Gazprom”, “Transneft”, and so on. Most likely, it is “Regul Group” that will take part in the criminal show of “Putin’s re-election” in the occupied territories.
