We have repeatedly written about the criminal figure of Sergey Tolmachev, a political “strategist” from Krasnoyarsk, declared by the aggressor in January 2023 as the criminal “deputy governor of the Zaporizhzhya region”
Let us recall that in 2021, Tolmachev was illegally “imported” to occupied Sevastopol by fake “governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev and “grew” to the criminal “position of deputy governor.”
It was on the “Siberian impromptu” of Tolmachev’s PR team that the once-famous comedy film “Election Day” was filmed, and the “PR man” himself was known in Krasnoyarsk for the immoderate consumption of cocaine, and also in connection with the use of frankly pornographic narratives in his “actions” .
Further, Tolmachev was involved by the Russian invaders since May 2022 in the criminal looting of Ukrainian property in the occupied Starobelsk, as well as last fall in the propaganda “providing” for the criminal and fake “referendum” in the occupied Melitopol.
Now Tolmachev is predictably declared by the aggressor as the “fourth number” in the criminal “list of candidates” from “United Russia” on the fake “elections” show declared by the aggressor on September 10th.
At the same time, commenting on the words of the criminal “governor of the Zaporizhzhya region” Yevgeny Balitsky, Tolmachev said that “United Russia” would “take” not “2/3 of the seats”, as Balitsky promised, but “at least … 3/4 of the seats”.
Let us note that the other day Dmitry Peskov said directly about the “presidential elections” of the aggressor that “this is not exactly democracy, this is an expensive bureaucracy” and that “Putin will be re-elected next year with more than 90 percent of the vote”.
