According to a number of media outlets, citing statements by propagandists close to the Kremlin, on April 26, colonel-general Mikhail Mizintsev was probably removed from the post of the aggressor’s deputy defense minister for logistics.
Recall that from the beginning of the large-scale aggression, Mizintsev was one of the leaders of the military operations of Russia, including the siege of Mariupol, for which he received the nickname “Mariupol butcher” from the press.
At the same time, Mizintsev was directly involved in 2022 both in the provocation of the aggressor with fake “humanitarian corridors”, and in the forced deportation of the inhabitants of Mariupol, including children, to the occupied Crimea.
