On April 16, the Russian occupiers’ criminal “Ministry of education” announced that the invaders needed billions of rubles “for the repair of children’s camps in Crimea”. To this annual farce on the objects of Ukrainian property seized in 2014, this time a logical question is added – who will agree to voluntarily send children to the frontline region.

However, we are not talking about voluntariness – just like last year, the Russian occupiers expect to turn the former health resorts into a transshipment base for the deportation, russification and militarization of children from the Ukrainian occupied mainland, naturally “mastering funding” at all stages of this process.

In this regard, the invaders-mentioned example of the children’s camp “Scarlet Sails”, captured by the Crimean collaborators as part of the criminal concern “Solnechnaya Tavrika” in Yevpatoria’s Zaozerne, is important as there, in anticipation of billions, “painting and whitewashing” is carried out.
Since 2017, Russian invaders have declared Simferopol collaborator Vladimir Shchekoldin as the criminal “director” of the camp, who had previously brought the children’s camp “Brave” in the village of Dachne near Sudak, which has been in ruins for several years,.

Now the criminal “deputy of the Yevpatoria town council” from the “United Russia list” Shchekoldin is looking for money for a similar “renovation of buildings” in “Scarlet Sails”. We wrote a lot about a number of former health resorts of Zaozerne, where children were criminally taken from Kherson, but in “Scarlet Sails” in 2022 they were engaged in the criminal “re-education” of children from the Donetsk Region.

In August-September last year, Shchekoldin organized “army hand-to-hand combat” events in the camp, as well as “writing letters” to the aggressor soldiers from the “8th artillery regiment of the 126th brigade”. Will Yevpatoria collaborators receive another billions for embezzlement under the guise of criminal “military-patriotic education” is an interesting question, of course, and an even more interesting question is whether they will have time to “successfully master” them in the current situation.
