On February 16, the propaganda of the aggressor began to cover the next voyage of a group of Crimean collaborators to the Russia-occupied districts of the Kherson Region, and if earlier the main “selfie point” for these figures, including Eskender Bilyalov, Zaur Smirnov and “imam” Edem Asanov, was Henichesk and its environs, now these figures “marked” themselves in Chaplinka and Kalanchak.
In addition to the Crimean Tatar collaborators, in this criminal voyage, “Crimean volunteer” Yevgen Pichugin was noticed, whose criminal activity, together with Valeria Petrusevich, was to kidnap children from occupied Kherson and take them to the Crimea, in particular for their criminal “adoption”, as well as use in transplantology, was investigated by our Association since the summer of 2022.
At the same time, the main “selfie partners” for them now have become the criminal “heads of administrations” in Kalanchak and Chaplinka – Pyotr Mustiyanovich and Alexander Khlyustov, respectively. These characters were brought by the Russian occupiers to the Kherson Region in 2022, and Mustiyanovich served as an ensign in the Northern Fleet until 2020, and then “made a career” in the Pechenga village council of the Russia’s Murmansk Region.
Khlyustov, before his current criminal role, had a “higher rank”, since until 2017 he “marked” himself in the occupying Russian contingent in the Donetsk Region as a major and “deputy regiment commander for work with personnel” in the 8th army of the aggressor.
Such a massive participation in communication with the criminal “heads of administrations” of Crimean Tatar collaborators suggests that the aggressor plans to use them for attempts to “interact” with Muslims densely residing on the left bank of the Kherson region, both Crimean Tatars and Meskhetian Turks, as well as for organizing possible provocations on religious grounds.
