Recently, the fake “Crimean speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov has been trying his hand at the genre of “columnist” and issuing weekly “long texts” in the style of Joseph Goebbels. Among his standard Ukrainian-phobic statements, this swindler-developer with a broad criminal past and future recently decided to “try himself” in the style of an “amateur power engineer” and published a lengthy discussion about the criminal bombing of the Ukrainian energy system, and also decided to give a couple of criminal “valuable advice” to IAEA.
In this speech, it is noteworthy that Konstantinov directly admits that the criminal “transition” of the aggressor “to tougher methods of struggle was inevitable” precisely after the defeats of the Russian army, including near Kherson. At the same time, ineptly trying to scoff at the “blackout”, this collaborator directly admits that regardless of “attacks on energy facilities and transport infrastructure”, “everything will be decided on the battlefield”.
Thus, the fake speaker signs exactly what is now recorded in the decisions of a number of European states, as well as international organizations: strikes on the energy system of Ukraine are not a form of military operations proper and they obviously cannot give the Kremlin a military advantage; they become precisely the acts of state terrorism of the Russians and their accomplices.
