Earlier, we reported that the aggressor’s propaganda announced the distribution of illegal “housing certificates” to residents of the Kherson region displaced to the occupied Crimea. At first, they were given in exchange for the criminal “obtaining a Russian passport,” and when the absence of those who wished became apparent, “the requirements were softened.”
However, as the Association also wrote, the amount of the “certificate” is incomparable with the “real estate prices” on the peninsula, where in 2022 the “housing market” practically froze, but the “cost” does not fall. Now the invaders themselves recognize this situation, as evidenced by the article on the aggressor-controlled Sevastopol resource “ForPost”.
In particular, there are quotes from “real estate experts”, according to which the amount of the “certificate” on the occupied peninsula can only be comparable to housing in the steppe villages and towns. But, as “expert” Ilya Pichuev added, “in the same Armyansk, a specific situation on the market can also develop now, in the light of the latest news. It is difficult to predict how real estate prices in this city will change.”
Also, all the “experts” admit that the issue of “certificates for Kherson residents” is purely hypothetical, since not a single person in the Crimea has applied to anyone with such “documents” regarding the “acquisition of real estate”.
