On March 30, the Crimean Tatar Resource Center published a report and recommendations on the II Strategic Forum “The Future of Crimea”.
The document contains expert proposals for the governmental Plan for the de-occupation and reintegration of the peninsula, an analysis of the development of Ukrainian legislation on the reintegration of Crimea in 2023, as well as proposals for the development of international assistance mechanisms for the restoration of Ukraine.
Experts of our Association: Professor Borys Babin and candidates of sciences Eduard Pleshko and Anna Prikhodko, took an active part in the development of the corresponding document “Reintegration of Crimea: government plans and the formation of international support mechanisms”.
Among other things, these recommendations state the position of ARC experts that in the Government Plan the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine focused on measures that should be implemented during the occupation of the peninsula, and at the same time such measures are permanent and not stage-by-stage.
