Since September 2021, the Russian invaders began to promise the occupied Sevastopol the project of a “city electric train” “for 14 stations”, from the railway station to Kamyshova Bay and to Zolota Balka in Balaklava.
The aggressor’s Deputy Prime minister Marat Khusnullin, as well as the criminal “governor” of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and his henchman Pavel Ieno actively “promoted” this topic.
For the illegal project, “RA-3 Orlan rail buses on diesel traction” were proposed, which are produced by the “Metrovagonmash” plant.
In total, the project was supposed to “master” 4 billion rubles, including almost 200 million for “project documentation”, and the project was “declared to be launched” in the summer of 2023.
In April 2022, the Russian occupiers again “reminded” of this “electric train”, but now. on February 10, they announced that everything was “transferred” for a long time, since the alleged “design of objects” “has not yet been completed” at St. Petersburg State University of Railway Transport.
However, in reality the situation is obvious. The illegal project was part of a criminal “federal targeted program” that the aggressor canceled on the eve of his large-scale invasion, at the end of December 2021.
Therefore, the occupiers only managed to cut “a miserable 200 million” on the “project documentation”, which put a full stop on it.
