On November 6, the occupiers’ propaganda announced another “international breakthrough”, in which Yalta Gauleiter Yanina Pavlenko allegedly “joined the board of the “Eurasia Regional Section of “United Cities and Local Governments”” at the general assembly of this structure, held in Cairo.
This provocation became possible for a rather banal reason: the international structure “United Cities and Local Authorities” from Barcelona itself is a network, which has included various regional and national structures over the past decades.
The aforementioned “Eurasian” “international association”, which allegedly included collaborator Pavlenko, is in fact not some kind of intergovernmental structure, but simply a Russian legal entity, registered in Kazan in December 2004, with the current founder in the form of the long-term mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
The charter of this “international association” aka “Eurasia Regional Section” clearly states that it operates according to Russian laws, and the previous composition of the council of this “international” structure of 22 members included 15 Russian mayors, the Yakut governor, and, for example, the “head of the state administration” of Russian-occupied Tiraspol, Oleg Dovgopol.
What other aggressor’s propaganda provocations will be undertaken with these “Kazan orphans” – further developments will show.
