A few days ago, Sevastopol gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev, as well as the aggressor’s key propaganda tools, hastily announced a “subcontractor replacement” in the framework of the long-suffering construction of the “medical cluster” in Sevastopol.
It was announced that the “general contractor”, the Moscow firm “RT-Sotsstroy”, was transferring a certain subcontractor from the long-term construction of the emergency hospital to the second “project of the century”, in the form of an oncology dispensary, which has been under construction in occupied Sevastopol since 2015.
At the same time, it is emphasized that “the reason was repeated violations” on the part of the “suspended subcontractor”, namely the “Simferopol firm” “Stroymontazhservis”, regarding “deadlines and other essential terms of the contract”, and it is repeatedly repeated that allegedly “RT-Sotsstroy has no debt to the contractor”.
It is obvious that “RT-Sotsstroy”, which is a subsidiary of the federal “Rostec” through the shell “RT-Directorate of the technical customer”, decides for itself to whom and how much it has never owed. And, naturally, “Stroymontazhservis”, with its nominal owner Natalia Stekacheva and the real beneficiary, through the ‘”Favorit” Group of Companies’, Alexander Pozharsky, has formed a different opinion.
They claim that they allegedly built the oncology center “at their own expense since 2022”, and therefore “Rostec” is now “forgiving” them debts worth hundreds of millions, while the process of “forgiving” began in the first days of autumn.
Naturally, both now irreconcilable parties to this scam are seasoned “budget embezzlers”.
Having declared himself “bankrupt” and twice, in 2019 and in 2022, declared as “wanted” by the occupiers’ punishers, Pozharsky had previously mastered funds through many controlled companies, such as “Glassok Krym”, for the “modernization of the “Laspi” children’s health center” and for the “reconstruction and improvement of Victory Park”.
These he started the scams back when Sevastopol gauleiter and current “London prisoner” Dmitry Ovsyannikov was in power, but later, under the current “Sevastopol authorities” he felt pretty good.
In this whole chain of “construction-budget” scams, it is worth noting only one remarkable circumstance.
The Simferopol-Sevastopol “bankrupt” Alexander Pozharsky is simultaneously declared to be a patron of the arts and the ideological founder of the Odesa House for Jew Orphans “Mishpakha”.
This story is quite old, but the mass PR about the “philanthropist and entrepreneur” Pozharsky in the Odessa media began to inflate in 2023, saying that he “actively participates in the life of the Jewish community of Odesa”, provides “help to elderly Odessans, giving them food parcels” and “thanks to his charitable support, the synagogue canteen provides elderly Odessans with hot lunches every day.”
In this “social advertising of Pozharsky” it was specifically stated that “during the war he has been providing assistance to victims and the poor, starting from the very beginning.”
And in the Crimean “media” about the same Pozharsky on those very days and obviously with the same purpose they wrote the following: “with the beginning of the special military operation, he pays more and more attention to low-income families, children left without a home and parents. He helps with everything he can, things, food, money, settling in a new place.”
Thus, the above-described “servant of many masters” clearly earns not only on Sevastopol “subcontracts”, but also obviously quite well appropriates the budgets of Russian special services on the corresponding subversive and espionage activities, with a rather beautiful legend about “helping the poor”.
The long-term silence on this matter of the relevant Ukrainian structures in Odesa, unfortunately, in this situation does not say anything good, since it raises a simple question – who, in fact, in the main Ukrainian sea city gets “hot lunches from Pozharsky” into the service offices.
