On September 27, several “drain tanks” of Russian punishers, including the infamous Alexander Talipov, announced the identification, allegedly by the collaborators themselves, of a woman in occupied Crimea, photographed in Kyiv in April 2022 together with Ryan Wesley Routh, accused of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump at a Florida golf club on September 15.
We are talking about the woman from the photo from April 30, 2022, taken by correspondent Alexander Babenko and massively posted by a number of media outlets after the Florida events in September of this year.
And what is noteworthy here is not even the “operational identification” itself, since it is obvious that the photo does not contain any public hints about the “Crimean origin” of this lady: it is possible to quickly find the “Crimean woman from the portrait” only if you know right away exactly who exactly needs to be “urgently found”. The main thing here is the declared identity of “Routh’s found friend”, a resident of Simferopol, Tatyana Khmil, born in 1963, and the subsequent rather “unusual” reaction of the punishers.
Allegedly, they simply “dropped in” to see Khmil, photographed her “valid foreign and domestic passports of Ukraine, various visas, other documents” and, through Talipov, made public Khmil’s alleged “explanations” that “her children live in Kyiv and she constantly visited them”.
The punishers did not make any arrests or “public apologies”, “leaking” through Talipov a vague announcement that “the case was sent to court”. This rather strange behavior of the “center for combating extremism” and the “FSB” is easy to understand by studying the biography of Khmil, mentioned back in 2018 by the “Center for Journalistic Investigations” as part of the exposure of the Crimean “dairy empire” of the brothers Mikhail and Dmitry Tabachnikov.
Back in 2012, Khmil, the former long-term general director of the Tabachnik-controlled “Krymkhleb”, was transferred to the Tabachniks’ “dairy” company “Krym-farming” as a director after the sale of “grain assets”. Then the Tabachniks’ companies “Krym-Farming” and “Krym-Dairy” seized, with the assistance of the Crimean Council of Ministers Anatoly Mogilev, a dairy plant in Pervomayske (Dzhurchi).
After the Russia’s occupation of Crimea started, “Krym-farming” and “Krym-Dairy” and the related “TIKO Construction” of Mikhail Tabachnik repeatedly “covered their tracks” both in Ukrainian registries and in the aggressor’s “registries”, where in the end the key share in “Krym-Farming” went to the Moscow “Farmer-K”, and the rest went to Tabachnik’s trusted manager, the aforementioned Tatyana Khmil, the “founder” of the occupation “Krym-Farming” since 2014.
“Farmer-K” also controls the “Crimean firm” “Yug Moloko”, where the same Khmil is the director; the founder of “Farmer-K” is listed as Yerkin Shukurlaev, a native of Bukhara who studied in Kyiv, photographs of the Tabachniks with whom were published by “Center” in 2016.
The occupiers themselves write that “Yug Moloko” “was created to process milk produced at the largest dairy farm in Crimea, “Krym-Farming”.” Then, six years ago, the Tabachniks tried to deny their ties to the “Crimean dairy empire”, but since 2022 everything has changed.
Now the infamous minister of the Yanukovych era and obvious top agent of the Russian special services Dmitry Tabachnik has been declared by the occupiers as “the chairman of the supervisory board of JSC “Krym-Farming”.
It was in this role that he was released on September 26, to say that Crimea produces only 30% of the dairy products needed by the region” on a talk show of Crimean propaganda with the new “Minister of Agriculture” Denis Kratyuk.
All of the above suggests that the henchman of the Russian VIP spy Tabachnik, whose business in Crimea the occupiers “cherish and pamper” in every possible way, Tatyana Khmil, was clearly not in Kyiv in 2022 just like that, and it was not just like that that she communicated there with Ryan Wesley Raut, carrying out the instructions of the Russian punishers.
Why did the occupiers themselves hastily “expose” her now?
There are two reasons: firstly, they clearly did not expect the publication of an incriminating photo with Khmil and Raut by all the world’s media, and they are hastily trying to portray Khmil as a “random fellow traveler”, and she will probably be fined to divert attention, since it is impossible to simply arrange for her to have a “brick fall on her head”: Khmil is formally responsible for the entire Crimean business of the Tabachniks and the obvious machinations of this group in Kyiv.
Secondly, it is possible that through Khmil they will now hastily construct a “trace of Ukrainian special services” in the Raut case, using her as a “key witness” and disseminating this to the American audience. In any case, the connection of Russian intelligence with the “Routh case” has become obvious, as well as its intentions to further develop this situation in order to interfere in the American elections.
