Against the backdrop of the almost 50 % increase in “real estate tax” and “contributions for major repairs” announced by the occupiers from January 1, residents of Sevastopol are actively discussing the appearance of the “Bayonet & Sail” monument, from which the scaffolding was recently removed after “restoration”, on which The criminal “authorities” “laundered” 804 million rubles. After the renovation, during which the monument was supposedly “plastered and the destroyed tiles were replaced”, it looks clearly worse than before it began, since the obvious heterogeneity of the materials used led to the fact that the monument was “covered with stains”.
It is noteworthy that the “reconstruction contractor”, the notorious “Sevproektmontazh”, explained this simply: “at the place where the scaffolding was fastened, after its dismantling, a stone was inserted. Natural stone cannot be completely homogeneously…” How the architects of the world had previously solved this “inconceivable problem”, the “contractor” decided not to think about it, “optimistically” adding that supposedly “wind, sun and humidity will quickly bring the entire surface of the obelisk to monotony”, and then, obviously, new ones will be developed millions “on the plaster”.
Previously, we wrote that “Sevproektmontazh” also helps the “administration” launder 16 million on the “project for the restoration of the monument to Black Sea aviators,” and that it destroyed the Tauride Staircase in the occupied city in the fall during a similar process regarding 39 million. We wrote that the beneficiaries of “Sevproektmontazh”: Alexander Dukven and Mikhail Chernyatin are interesting to others, and this is not even a “successful contract” of their company “Vegolos” for the construction of a residential complex in Belgorod, or a close connection with the swindlers of the occupiers from the Sevastopol “municipal economic department” and “Vodokanal,” and attempts to use their Ukrainian companies, legalized before 2014, for the corresponding scams.
