As we previously reported, in May the Russian occupiers “brought out for repair” both ferries, “Admiral Lazarev” and “Admiral Istomin”, which had previously transported passengers and vehicles from the city center to the North Side through the Sevastopol Bay.
The ARC pointed out that both “veterans” of local transportation were already allegedly “repaired” by the Russian occupiers in 2022, with propaganda statements about allegedly “import substitution” and “bypassing sanctions”, after which a number of navigation incidents occurred that the aggressor tried to attribute to the “human factor” .
Even before that, the ARC noted that the unlawful “deliveries of German and Swedish equipment” declared by the invaders to the Ukrainian ferry “Admiral Lazarev” built in Norway in 1981 and stolen in 2014 are unlikely to “prolong the life” of this veteran.
Earlier we wrote that the aggressor promised to “restore communication” by June 3, which did not happen as predicted, after which the criminal “governor” Razvozhaev decided to promote the situation, promising to “restore communication” by June 10, which also, of course, did not happen .
In such a situation, the fake “governor” announced “reprimands” to collaborators Pavel Ieno and Stanislav Tamataev, simultaneously recognizing that the occupiers could not find the “necessary details” on the ferry for a long time.
Despite this, on June 13, it is “planned to leave” a faulty vessel for transporting the population, with another fake “safety certificates” from the aggressor’s sub-sanctioned register.
