Earlier, we have repeatedly reported on the use by the aggressor of the illegal “Crimea Post” as an allegedly “separate enterprise” but in fact a “pad” for the “Russian Post” for illegal “postal activities” in the occupied parts of Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions, and in the occupied East of Ukraine, such functions are carried out by criminal “Donbass Post” and “LPR Post”.
Now it is obvious that these illegal “posts” are becoming a key instrument of Russia’s financial occupation. The aggressor government has recently established that the “Russian Post” is a monopoly in transferring social payments in cash, and this approach will obviously be criminally applied by its intermediaries in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
In this case, it is typical that the “Russian Post” is preparing a bill that will oblige the aggressor’s large marketplaces to pay 0.5% of the quarterly turnover to support the network of post offices.
In anticipation of such a jackpot, the aggressor’s “postmen” staged an “attraction of unprecedented generosity” for his military, saying that packages for Russian invaders to the occupied territories of Ukraine from May 1 are “delivered free of charge”. It is obvious that now the indicated Russian business will pay for such shipments.
Let us note that the participation of the aggressor’s postal services in the financial occupation was described in the Association’s report prepared by Professor Borys Babin, recently sent to the UN Independent Expert on Debt and International Financial Obligations.
