Earlier we wrote many times that for the “improvement” of the Balaklava embankment transferred by the Kremlin “into the reliable hands” of the Rotenberg clan of oligarchs, large-scale scams are taking place with the “confiscation” and “forced redemption” of land plots.
Also, during this “reconstruction” there is a large-scale laundering of “federal funds” previously “allocated to eliminate the consequences of the storm of the century”, which are actually noticeable not in Balaklava Bay, but in completely different coastal areas.
And since mid-July, this “reconstruction” has led to rather tragicomic social consequences, since entering Balaklava for vehicles on roads dug up, killed by construction equipment and occupied by it turned out to be a difficult quest.
The Sevastopol “authorities” decided to blame everything on the “influx of tourists”, announcing the establishment of a “pass regime” for Balaklava for the entry of motor vehicles, while the “passes” themselves are issued with the “authorship” of the Rottenberg structure “Mostotrest”.
At the same time, a simple fact remained “behind the scenes”: the occupiers themselves had previously declared Balaklava “the center of a municipal district” with a dozen villages and placed there many “institutions of the Balaklava region”, which included not only two dozen Sevastopol villages and settlements, but also Inkerman with a population of ten thousand.
Completely predictable, but “completely unexpectedly” for the “authorities” it turned out that the traffic jams are not created by mythical “tourists”, but by local residents coming to shops, schools and kindergartens, as well as to the “institutions” of the occupiers.
At the same time, “passes” began to be issued not only by “municipal officials”, but also by watchmen from the Rotenberg construction companies directly at the “checkpoint”, which very quickly created chaos, general swearing and complaints in the “all against all” mode.
Against this background, the aggressor’s propaganda recently decided to “hit rock bottom” and blamed the transport collapse on “mothers taking their children to kindergarten”, allegedly committing such “abuses” as driving a car with a “pass” to a grocery store.
Against this background, the Sevastopol “authorities” could not think of anything better than to brag to the Kremlin about the fake “growth of tourist flow” in the long-suffering city.
As Yalta residents sarcastically write on this matter, it is extremely likely that the “Balaklava experience” with passes will soon be felt by residents of the Crimean Southern coast.
The fact is that in Yalta, the “squeezing” of port facilities for the needs of the “gambling zone” previously announced by the aggressor in the interests of the Moscow oligarch Arkady Rotenberg is ongoing.
On August 3, the occupiers announced that the “Yalta Sea Port” was “sold for 1.494 billion rubles”, which allegedly “corresponds to the original price”, but even on paper it was sold with a “friendly discount” of 150 million. The “lucky buyer” was the Moscow firm “Chernomorskoye Razvitie” (“Black Sea Development”).
Even the occupiers’ propaganda does not hide the fact that this structure is controlled by Arkady Rotenberg. “Chernomorskoye Razvitie” is almost entirely owned by the “Angazhe” fund, controlled by the company “Fin-Partner” of the nominal value of Alexey Sorokin, the former co-owner of the firm “Center-M”, in which Arkady and Boris Rotenberg owned shares.
And “Fin-Partner” is controlled by the structure “Yuginvestproekt”, which is also a minority co-owner in the same “Chernomorskoe Razvitie”, and is also declared the “founder” of the Sevastopol “firm” “Port Lamos”, noted in the above-described scam with the “creation of a yacht marina” in Balaklava, in the interests of the same “lord of passes” Rotenberg.
