We have already described many times the PR project of “golden sands”, or rather “golden rain” promised by gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov in the Kremlin, into the pockets of the chosen few and on the heads of the rest. Now the flow of propaganda on this matter has sharply increased, and this scam has literally become a “golden share” for the Aksyonov’s clan.
Earlier, the occupiers had already “shone” in the role of the main criminal executor, “key investor and developer of the project” “group of companies” “Monolith”, “registered” to Yakub Asanov, as well as Anton Kemalov and Alexander Smolin.
As we wrote earlier, the primary beneficiary of “Monolith” in the distant 90s was KGB General Vitaly Kirichenko, the son of the first secretary of the Crimean regional committee of the Communist Party until 1977, Nikolai Kirichenko, who “raised” Nikolai Bagrov, the first leader of Crimea in independent Ukraine.
Vitaly Kirichenko was appointed in 1994 by Leonid Kuchma as the chief policeman of Crimea, and it was under him that not only did the aggressor’s provocations in the style of the “Russian world” intensify, but also a complete fusion of the police and organized crime took place, including the “Seylem” group, to which Sergei Aksyonov belonged.
After the death of Kirichenko Jr. in 2010, Aksyonov’s influence in “Monolith” increased, and he then received a “specific share” in this business, registered in the name of his mother-in-law, Lyudmila Dobrynya, and his “comrade-in-arms” Svetlana Babiy, as well as Aksyonov’s accomplice, the infamous Mikhail Sheremet.
The “golden sands” scam did not arise out of nowhere for the beneficiaries of “Monolith”, since this structure had already built the ugly “Golden Sands” residential complex on Simferopolska Street in that same Yevpatoria, with its windows overlooking the coast.
Another consigliore from “Monolith” is Aksyonov’s old accomplice Natalya Pisareva, who previously “flashed” in the criminal roles of “head of the main department for the implementation of national projects”, and then “deputy minister of culture” of the occupiers, and from June to December 2023, she was noted as the criminal “head of the administration of the Chernomorsky district”.
Now Pisareva, after some “drying up” of the influence of the Aksyonov clan, was sent to the “commercial field”, and Daria Plotnikova (formerly Osadchaya) became the “talking head” from “Monolith”.
It is she who in recent months has been actively lobbying for the “sale of apartments” in the “golden sands” for Russian colonizers in Rostov and Krasnodar.
