Some days ago, the criminal “governor” Yevgeny Balitsky announced the “liquidation” of the so-called “Mision of the Zaporizhzhya region in the Republic of Crimea”.
This tragicomic “institution” during its “presence” in the occupied territory was remembered for literally nothing, except for writing off 800 thousand for “office rent” from the Konstantinov structure “Stroy-Service”.
However, the “liquidation of the mission” reflects quite characteristic processes, connected, among other things, with the recent “business trip” of the same Vladimir Konstantinov to occupied Melitopol.
We wrote that at the same time, in the illegal “government of the Zaporizhzhya region”, the new “minister of natural resources and ecology” instead of Alexander Vorobyov, “landed” from Chuvashia, the Crimean collaborator Vladimir Kapitonov become.
Before the large-scale aggression, Kapitonov “made a career” in a similar illegal structure on the occupied peninsula, and flashed in the publications of the “Crimean media” as “First deputy chairman of the state forestry committee”, “Head of the forestry department”, “Head of the inspectorate for supervision of the technical condition of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment” and “Deputy minister of ecology and natural resources”.
However, in 2022, something “went wrong” for this “forester”, he disappeared from the pages and broadcasts of the occupiers’ propaganda. And instead of “civil service” he was noticed as a “founder” in the “Crimean republican society of hunters and fishermen”, and since 2024 as a “founder” in the “Crimean republican center for the development of amateur and sport hunting”.
And it was the wife of this collaborator, Natalya Kapitonova, who was the “chief” of the aforementioned “liquidated representative office”, as well as a co-founder of the “hunting” structure described above. However, in this scam, it is not only the relocations of the Kapitonov couple from Simferopol to Melitopol and back, that are interesting.
The most noteworthy thing here is something completely different, namely the role of Natalya and Vladimir Kapitonov as the former “leader” and “founder” in such a structure as “Pearl of Crimea” (“Zhemchuzhina Kryma”) described by us earlier.
There, until 2022, the “founder” was the co-owner of the “Kyiv Jewelry Factory”, who controls the extraction of gems in the deposits of the Zhytomyr region, Sergei Tsupko, and the other “co-founder” was the plant itself, and Tsupko told literally fabulous stories on this matter, as well as regarding his Russian code 910317486380.
And now it has become clear why Kapitonov, who is associated with Tsupko, is now, on the eve of the scams with the “mining of rare earth metals” in the occupied territory of Ukraine, becoming the “Minister of natural resources” in Melitopol.
Let us recall, that after 2022, Tsupko’s company “Quartzsamotsvety” received a special permit from the Ukrainian authorities to extract topaz, beryl, morion and piezoelectric quartz from a deposit in the Zhytomyr region.
Therefore, it is extremely likely that in order to carry out these scams, the occupiers need a “tight coalition” of collaborators, ready to act simultaneously in Kyiv and Melitopol, as well as specialists in exploration and organization of rare earth materials extraction, who are available in Tsypko’s structures.
