As follows from the occupation propaganda, at the end of November the invaders’ criminal “council of ministers” in Crimea decided to “transform” the “Yalta seaport”, “transferring” it from the “state unitary enterprise of the republic” to a “joint-stock company”.
It is practically not hidden that this scam is connected with the desire to transfer control to the group of Kremlin oligarchs Rotenbergs over the tasty coastal objects, former piers and moorings of the whole of Greater Yalta, as well as Alushta, and, accordingly, the lands of the ports.
It was stated that “in addition to the main administrative and industrial buildings on Drazhinsky and Roosevelt streets” the new “joint-stock company” will be given “cash pavilions in the villages of Kurpaty, Nikita, Gurzuf, Koreiz, Partenit, Koktebel”.
The formal “purpose of creating a joint-stock company” is “development of infrastructure for yacht tourism”, but it is obvious that most of the “re-registered” real estate will be used for another multi-apartment development.
Also, the current “transformation” completes many years of attempts by Crimean collaborators to “saw up” the money they beg for “coastal protection”, that is, for repairing berths and piers of port infrastructure; in the current “no money” regime, all relevant scams are transferred “under the wing” of the Rotenbergs.
