On October 17, a characteristic denouement of the long-term “rat war” between two clones of “Sevastopolgaz”, a “public joint-stock company” associated with both Dmitry Firtash and the criminal “city administration”, and an illegal “state unitary enterprise” created by the same “administration”, as well as with the so-called “controllers” from these structures, took place.
Let us recall, that the so-called “PJSC” “Sevastopolgaz” received assets that belonged to Dmitry Firtash before the occupation, through his “Group DF”, and through the Cypriot “Materon Ltd”.
In recent years, the competing “SUP” has unsuccessfully tried to “squeeze out” competitors from the city market, including on the eve of the scams with the “construction of new gas pipelines”, including the criminal “contract” with the company “Beltruboprovodstroy” described by us earlier.
Earlier, the criminal “director of PJSC” Ilya Avlasevich declared the presence of “four major shareholders”, including Igor Ivankov, the former convicted director of “Dneprogaz” LCC, obviously closely associated with Firtash. And then, on the morning of October 17, the punitive forces of the occupiers burst into the premises of “PJSC”, surrounded by all sorts of “Cossacks and activists”, and the “legislative assembly” and gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev hastily published a “resolution on nationalization”.
It concerns not only “Sevastopolgaz”, from which 174 positions are being squeezed out, including land plots, movable and immovable property, but also the “firm” “RusLine KO”, that is, the Sevastopol “Novacenter” on Otradnaya and Melnik streets. At the same time, the “basis” for this process was called the “fight against terrorism”, and Razvozhaev stated that the gas sturctures were controlled by “Ukrainian oligarchs” “through a whole network of front men”.
Now Razvozhaev, who is showering gratitude to the Russian prosecutor-general and the head of the FSB, prefers “not to specify”, why then very Razvozhaev’s “government” was a “co-owner” of “PJSC” for several years, and shared considerable revenue with those “terrorists” from Firtash.
Also, the video hastily posted on the morning of October 17 did not help “PJSC”, in which the aggressor’s soldiers from the 40th Marine Brigade “warmly thank” both the “company” and its current “CEO” Alexander Voloshin for the supplied electronic warfare kit.
It is obvious that the current, clearly long-prepared “special gas operation” took place so quickly and already after the end of the “post-election processes” solely so that the population would not have a question – to whom and how much, actually, were the obvious beneficiaries of “PJSC” payed for the fact, that for at least several years the city “authorities” at least did not interfere with them “cultivating” the population at maximum “tariffs”.
