As follows from the “Sevastopol press”, the local “department of property and land relations” demands that the Ukrainian enterprise from Znamenka “Plant “Puanson”” “terminate the land lease agreement concluded in 2011”.
An alleged “debt for land lease in the amount of 276 thousand rubles” for the last two years is declared; we are talking about 3 hundred square meters of land in Kacha on Nesterov Street, 9.
What is noteworthy here is not so much the expected appetites of the occupiers, but the activities of the aforementioned “Puanson”, the formal founder of which is the “multi-machine director” Sergei Lykin, with two enterprises from Donetsk registered in his name, “Donugol” and “Torez Quarry”. At least until 2014, “Puanson”, once the city-forming enterprise of Znamenka, controlled the boarding house “More”, located in the same Kacha, however, at Nesterova, 9a.
It is also obvious from Sevastopol websites that this boarding house worked without stopping, including in 2024, and its “working contacts” were the phone numbers of local businessmen who controlled a number of entertainment establishments.
Who is the current beneficiary of “More” is a rather interesting question, as is whether the occupiers are going to “squeeze out” the boarding house itself or the land adjacent to it.
