Earlier we wrote about the “Balkan trace” from the aggressor in occupied Yevpatoria, where a couple of years ago the restaurant “Serbia” appeared, with carefully hidden beneficiaries and without commercial success, but left “afloat” for now with the “unique chef” Radovan Milivojevic, who possesses the “secrets of Balkan cuisine”.
We wrote that this “butcher from Cerovica” was convicted by the Montenegrin authorities in 2002 for attempted murder of two people, and in 2003 he was put on the wanted list, after which he has been hiding in the aggressor-controlled territory since 2011.
Now the occupiers’ “Crimean press” has decided to advertise the “colleague” of this defendant, Jovica Todorovic, allegedly a chef of the Simferopol restaurant “Balkan Grill” on Zhukovsky Street.
However, this location has actually been operating since 2020, but Todorovic “appeared as a guest” of the aggressor much later, since mid-2023, allegedly “at the personal request of the restaurant owner, a long-time friend of his father”, having moved to the occupied peninsula from Moscow.
Todorovic’s biography is hidden, vaguely stating his service in the Serbian army and “work in Moscow”, where he allegedly tried to create a “Serbian community”.
However, the occupiers’ propagandists began to promote this “Balkan star” in Crimea exactly a year ago, but Todorovic registered himself in Moscow as a Russian entrepreneur only in April 2024.
After that, the company “Grand Pitomnik” in Nalchik was registered in his name, literally a couple of months later it was transferred to a certain Bozidar Milojkovic, whose relative Dalibor Milojkovic also operates the company “Dobry Sad” there.
But at the end of July 2024, Jovica Todorovic became a “co-organizer” of the fake “local national-cultural autonomy of Serbs of the Simferopol urban district named after Saint Sava”, not particularly hiding the fact that this structure will work “with an eye on the Balkans”.
It is characteristic that in the “interview” with the occupiers, Todorovic does not particularly hide his purely subordinate role, and he has not yet “communicated” with other “Crimean Serbs”, both with the aforementioned “Yevpatoria colleague” and with the group, involved by the occupiers in “Putin’s construction” of the”opera and ballet theater” in occupied Sevastopol
The controllability of the “autonomy of the Serbs” to the Russian special services is maximally emphasized by the personalities of the “co-founders” of this structure, these are such “Balkan residents” as the Crimeans Yegor Voetsky and Valeria Shendrik.
Voetsky is a typical quasi-criminal athlete who has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, from Kyokushinkai karate to sambo, and although he calls himself a “Cossack”, he is clearly “protected” from “frontline activity”.
Well, Shendrik is a “lawyer” who has worked in Saki in recent years, specializing in providing “migration services”, both in issuing “Russian passports” to Ukrainians and “helping residents of distant and not so distant countries to take root” in the Crimea.
As they gossip in Saki, Shendrik also provided other types of services, but – quite selectively and with a very high price list.
Thus, the curator of this “autonomy of the Serbs” in Russian intelligence, having assembled such a colorful group of performers, was clearly inspired by Bond films.
To what extent this will help the Kremlin in its criminal plans in the Balkans, and what does the exposed Crimean trace of the Bosnian separatist and mafioso Milorad Dodik have to do with it – the near future will show.
