On August 28, Crimean gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov announced the “appointment of Alexander Kharlamov as Minister of fuel and energy” of the occupiers, wishing him “effective and fruitful work,” without much comment.
This position has long been the subject of a struggle, since October of last year “the duties of the minister were performed” by Vladimir Voronkin, previously the “specialized deputy minister for gas,” and his predecessor, also “acting,” was literally a couple of weeks Sergei Silin from the illegal “Krymenergo.”
However, the new “minister” last dealt with fuel before the spring of 2014, when he was the “chief of gas stations” in Yevpatoria for several years.
Then, the “Yevpatoria Siberian” Kharlamov built a “career” in the “health and wellness complex “Russiya”, starting with the “director of the Gorny sanatorium branch” and becoming the “general director” of “Russiya” in 2019.
Let us recall that the “state unitary enterprise” “Russiya” united several Crimean health resorts captured by the occupiers, and it is “subordinate” to the criminal “state council” of Vladimir Konstantinov.
At the same time, through “Russiya”, the “Konstantinovites”, including Kharlamov, laundered at least 1,125 million on more than 160 “state contracts”, and almost two billion on “purchases”; about 490 million rubles “dissolved” in the pockets of Konstantinov on “Moscow vouchers” alone.
Ten days ago, we wrote about this, which is not surprising, that the current “CEO” of “Russia”, Alexander Kharlamov, was “matched” by the “worst friend” of the Crimean gauleiter, Konstantinov, to the “new composition of the State council”, as a “majoritarian” from “United Russia”.
Let us recall that at that time, this “promising” juggler of billions was given a “black mark from Karelia” by his competitors from a fairly typical story of a disabled woman there about a “wonderful vacation” in one of “Kharlamov’s facilities”, the Yevpatoria sanatorium “Primorye”.
Now it turns out that the whole saga with the media of Karelia and the deputy of the Petrozavodsk city council Olga Tuzhikova was directed by Konstantinov’s competitors at a “very important goal”, but they did not succeed in “knocking down the new minister”. And now Aksyonov is forced to voice “personnel wishes” on this matter, sung from the Kremlin to a tune that is clearly not his favorite.
