The arrest of the beneficiary of the social network “Telegram” Pavel Durov by the French authorities on the evening of August 24 predictably caused a “primary wave” of messages in the style of apocalyptic forecasts and “armchair analytics” in aggressor-controlled social networks.
In general, the “silence of the Kremlin” on this matter led to the fact that there is no unified propaganda approach from the “Crimean media” from the Russian invaders.
For a couple of days, the “Crimean speaker” Konstantinov, who traditionally comments on everything under the sun, fell silent on social networks, and accordingly, “silence” was “caught” on the issue of Durov and other “Crimean talking heads with positions”, including Aksyonov.
Against this background, Sevastopol gauleiter Mikhail Razvozhaev amused everyone, including Crimean collaborators, by writing that “in such a situation it is impossible to predict the future fate of the platform that we are all accustomed to using, so I want to remind you: I am always in touch on VKontakte.”
As ARC expert Boris Babin wrote on the “Durov issue,” commenting on the initial statements of the French authorities about the reasons for the arrest of the owner of “Telegram,” “in fact, the criminal role of Russian intelligence in human trafficking, including and above all, children, is difficult to underestimate.
And yet it is very right that it is precisely this shameful issue, next to drug trafficking, that has now been publicly raised by French law enforcement officers regarding Durov’s arrest.”
Therefore, Professor Babin further advised “everyone to observe two trends. Firstly, to note which of the persons under the control of the aggressor will scream louder. Secondly, if the French law enforcement officers do not release Durov in an hour or several days, to note that one of the “politicians, experts, analysts”, including those in the occupied territory, will quickly delete themselves from “Telegram”.
Let us recall, that our Association has previously reported many times on the connections of the same Aksyonov and Konstantinov, sanctioned by the Russian special services, with Crimean ethnic general criminal groups, “specializing” in the sphere of human trafficking, including children, drug trafficking, child prostitution and pornography, that is, in the sphere of the most vile crimes, the concealment of which the French authorities now accuse Durov of.
And therefore the prolonged “silence of the Kremlin’s lambs” on this issue in Simferopol is not at all surprising.
