In January 2023, we described the process of theft of state, municipal and private property of the occupied Kherson region, carried out using the “Crimean” experience, namely through criminal “incorporation” into illegal “registers”, and very often with “new owners”.
We described this activity using the example of the then criminal “head of the department of the ministry of justice” Stanislav Stankevich, a career employee of the Russian special services, as well as the criminal “director of the territory development fund”, Andrei Popov from Tomsk, who was engaged in illegal “business” in the occupied Crimea.
Using the example of the “co-founder” of the Simferopol “company” Popov “Gazremstroy” Valentina Kravchenko, we pointed out the connection of these scams with the Simferopol Faingold clan, millionaire and former city council deputy Joseph Faingold and his son Vitaly; the fact is that Kravchenko was the wife of the Faingolds’ hardened accomplice, Vladimir Kravchenko.
We wrote that before the start of the occupation, there were nine criminal cases against Feingold Sr., and his son was named as the culprit in a fatal accident. Now the “Center of Journalistic Investigations” also writes about the participation of these Crimean bandits and their Russian accomplices in the aggressor’s looting of property in the occupied part of the Kherson region.
“Center” points to the role of the criminal “minister of property and land relations” Elena Pekova and her “deputy Diana Savarovskaya” in the seizure of “interesting” real estate of Ukrainians in the Kherson Region as allegedly “ownerless property”.
It is indicated that Pekova moved to occupied Sevastopol in 2021, probably from the Russia’s Novosibirsk Region, where she “conducted a legal practice,” mainly in “real estate,” and also registered as an “individual entrepreneur.”
At the same time, the “Center” claims that Pekova’s “transfer” from Sevastopol to Henichesk was provided by her “protection” in the form of Boris Faingold, the nephew of that same Joseph Faingold and at the same time the “adviser” of gauleiter Vladimir Saldo.
Let us note, that Boris Faingold is predictably connected with the mentioned Kravchenko, at least through the “Simferopol construction company” “Architector”, as well as with Olga Faingold, and the structure “Gazobeton Krym” is now “recorded” on him.
