We previously wrote about the “war” of fake “cancellations” between the Kremlin’s accomplices, when a bill was introduced into the aggressor’s State Duma by Konstantin Zatulin and Sergei Tsekov to invalidate the decision of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR to include Crimea into the Ukrainian SSR. A little earlier, the criminal “Crimean Speaker” Vladimir Konstantinov announced an appeal from the “State Council” of the occupiers to the Russia’s Constitutional Court with a request to “cancel the decree” of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on the inclusion of the Crimea into Ukraine, and this criminal “idea” clearly galvanized “alternative initiatives” Zatulin, “who took a different path”.
Now the criminal “senator from Sevastopol” Ekaterina Altabaeva has decided to speak out on this issue, declaring that the adoption of Zatulin and Tsekov’s bill will not bring to the aggressor “benefits, but may cause harm”. And this is not a sudden love for Ukraine or international law, since Altabaeva not only stated that “this decision was made by the then existing bodies of legislative power and the party leadership of the USSR. Today this state does not exist” and that “to cancel today the state acts that were adopted then, kind of weird”.
The basis of Altabaeva’s “logic” goes far beyond these grains of common sense, since, as she argues, if you “cancel” the transfer of the Crimea in 1954, then the fake “return” of the peninsula supposedly “to the Russian Federation” will also be “nullified”. “Will the legislative initiative of my colleagues become the trigger that will cast doubt on these documents”, Altabaeva allegedly “worries.” However, the real “logic” in this “dispute of fakes” is clear here: the criminal Sevastopol “administration” did not miss once again to “insert a pin” in the address of “Crimean half-educated colleagues”, but because who will be “nullified” in the Kremlin regarding “Putin’s re-election” has clearly not yet been “completely decided”.
