As it follows from the invaders’ “official media”, at the next “meeting” of the Crimean collaborators’ “civil council”, in addition to launching the Kremlin’s provocation of the “denunciation” of the 1990 Treaty on the final settlement in relation to Germany, which we have already described, the following “burning” issue was also discussed: as “encouraging children of military personnel with the public medal “Children of Heroes””. This scam was proposed by the Evgeniy Pichugin, fosterling of the Krasnoperekopsk corrupt officials’ dynasty, who has been repeatedly described by us, who has participated with his “Team of opportunities” since 2022 in the deportation of Kherson children, in organizing a black market for medicines on the occupied mainland, and, naturally, in propaganda support for the aggressor.
The essence of the scam is to “award medals to children whose fathers died during a special military operation”, then the “grateful business” provides “benefits to the children of those killed” and naturally receives compensation from the “republican budget” for each, and naturally very “frequent”, “visits” of the three-year-old “hero’s son” to a solarium, dentist or restaurant. Pichugin’s creative approach to “absorbing funds” did not raise any objections among other “civil council’s members”, but the “side effects” of the scam, in the form of revealing in its course the amount of “Crimean cargo 200”, as well as the tragicomic nature of “battle medals” for babies, still caused some timid grumbling.
Let us note that the criminal “chairman of the Union of veterans of special military operation” Alexander Kombarov and the “director of the medical center “A2Med Simferopol”” Artem Satonin also lobbied for “infant medals” in the “council”. A native of the Tambov region, Kombarov is also a rather colorful personality, and his pathological craving for collecting “medals” developed even before 2022, during his service in Chechnya and Dagestan as part of the 58th army of the aggressor.
Then the medal “for courage” purchased from the command “at a discount” did not save captain Kombarov “from the bag and prison” when, while “managing” the Russia’s 70th guards motorized rifle regiment in Shali, he received a sentence in 2021 for forcing a subordinate to establish electrical equipment for the military unit at its own expense; however, soldier Tsukharov suddenly appeared “with relatives” and Kombarov was unable to write off 50 thousand rubles “for electrification” into his pocket.
Because of all these “cute little things”, Kombarov first transferred to the Russia’s 136th separate motorized rifle brigade of the same army in Dagestan, and from there he went to the front as deputy battalion commander. Soon, in early March 2022, having been wounded, Kombarov decided that “enough was enough,” and secured a dust-free position for himself as the “chief veteran” in occupied Crimea, just as they say “not for the last bit of money.” The further course of the scams with “infant orders” from Pichugin and Kombarov will be shown in the near future.
