As it was reported by Genichesk.ua, criminal entrepreneurs from the occupied Crimea illegally “registered” a “salt mining enterprise” on the Arabatskay Split on December 25. This fake “company” “Solprom” is listed at an address in Schastlivtseve settlement, where the private house of its newly appointed “director” Alexey Kolyachkin is located. The illegal “Crimean enterprise” “Almakt” from Alushta, allegedly owned by Victoria Barinova and Makar Makarov, was declared as the “founder” of Solprom.

Let us recall that until 2014 Makar Makarov made a career at the “Feodosia Trade Base” and before the outbreak of aggression he became the director of the “Feodosia Mechanical Plant”. With the beginning of the occupation, Makarov was declared an aggressor in the criminal role of “deputy head of administration” of long-suffering Feodosia, but he quickly managed to “break pots” with the then “leadership”, after which in 2015 he was detained for “extorting money from an entrepreneur for creating favorable business conditions”.

The notorious Natalya Poklonskaya then promised Makarov “15 years,” but apparently after “creating favorable conditions,” this swindler got off with “3.5 years”. What Makarov did after his imprisonment is not known exactly, but in 2020 he “registers” the “Prosport Crimea” company in Feodosia, together with the Kursk “association for the development of children’s recreation “Olympian”.

The aforementioned Barinova has been declared since 2015 as the “head” of the “Sanatorium Alushtinsky”, seized in favor of Aministrative вirectorate of the Russia’s President. However, this object, owned in reality by the Ukrainian State Administration of Affairs, turned out to be “not fashionable enough” for the Kremlin and it was transferred “from the master’s shoulder” by the structures, associated with Nikita Mikhalkov. Thus, it is obvious that both Makarov and Barinova are most likely puppets of the criminal beneficiary of “Solprom”.
