In August, we wrote that the aggressor-controlled “Artek camp” in the occupied Crimea “will pay 260 million rubles for food” in 2023 to the “Kombinat Doshkolnogo Pitaniya” (“Preschool Nutrition Plant”) associated with Yevgeny Prigozhin. Since 2019, “Kombinat” has received at least 6 “contracts” for catering at “Artek” with a total amount of more than 3.4 billion rubles, and the last tender it received was the day before the “Wagner” mutiny, on June 23.
Our Association stated that the “founder” of the Sevastopol “Perseus”, which controls the floating docks, where a number of characteristic incidents previously occurred, is Muscovite Pavel Panfilov, noted as a “minority” co-founder of the same Moscow “Kombinat Doshkolnogo Pitaniya”.
Now the criminal “Artek” has changed its “food supplier” and for 2024 it has become the company “Ecosreda” with a “contract” for 1353 million rubles; however, as some Russian “media” write, this structure is “also connected with the business empire” of “Putin’s chef”.
It is stated that the general director of “Ecosreda”, Evgeny Kostyukhin, worked in Prigozhin’s “Prodsoyuz” company in 2021; from 2019 to 2022, “Prodsoyuz” was headed by Artur Sunguryan, who was an employee of Prigozhin’s main structure in the food sector, “Concord”. “Ecosreda”, however, was registered to the nominal owner Olga Skomorokhova, an agronomist at the “Lipetskagro” company.
