As it was reported in social networks there was a powerful explosion on August 2 in the village of Hvardeiske (Sarabuz) of the Simferopol disctrict of the occupied Crimea. Let us recall that near Hvardeiske there is an airbase of Russian invaders where the aggressor’s “37th mixed aviation regiment” is based.
At the same time, the day before, the fake “governor” of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported that a drone allegedly “fell down” in the area of the Kara-Koba valley, which allegedly “did not hit anywhere, but set fire to the grass.”
In fact, on August 1, residents of Sevastopol and surrounding villages recorded a powerful explosion in this area, and on August 2, the Russian invaders announced that they allegedly suddenly decided to “destroy ammunition from the times of the Great Patriotic War” in the area of the same Kara-Koba.
In addition, the criminal “governor” Razvozhaev stated on August 2 that allegedly “in the area of the Pesochny beach in the Gagarinsky district, work will be carried out in the sea to destroy (detonate) an underwater explosive facility” for which the invaders blocked the beach itself; while the nature of the object is naturally not specified.
Against this background, the phrase “everything is calm in the city”, constantly repeated by Razvozhaev on social networks, is used by Sevastopol residents as a sarcastic meme.
