As the Russian occupiers themselves are forced to admit, the nine-year-old “long-term construction” of the occupiers, namely the “Southern” treatment facilities, the “ambulance hospital” and the “oncological dispensary” remain “paper tigers”, because, despite years of PR and “disbursement of funds”, these “megaprojects” did not become a reality.
At the same time, it is stated that in 2022, 3.5 billion rubles of “advance payments” disappeared into the air at the “construction of an ambulance hospital”, a billion rubles disappeared at the “oncologic dispensary” in a similar way, and another 2 billion at “treatment facilities”, and in the latter case with “minimal documents”.
This process of absolutely undisguised “cutting advances” in terms of amounts exceeded the previous, “more modest” appetites of the criminal “government”, about the scams with the gasket “Sevastopolspetsstroy” of which we have already written.
It is obvious that now the invaders are well aware that at the hypothetical “moment of completion of construction” they will not be guaranteed in Sevastopol, and therefore the appetites for the development of billions in long-term construction will only increase for the time being.
