Previously, we have repeatedly written about fraud in Russia-occupied Sevastopol with a “budget pad” for laundering “federal funds”, illegal “Sevastopolstroyproekt”, as well as about the “arrest” in Russia-occupied Donetsk of the terrorist Vladimir Pogodin, who was previously set up by the criminal “governor” Mikhail Razvozhaev for a criminal role of “deputy director of security” in the specified “gasket”.
Obviously, Pogodin’s participation in the murder of 16-year-old Kramatorsk football player Stepan Chubenko in 2014 was only an excuse for the aggressor’s punishers, but there was a question: how much is the basement for a terrorist who knows “too much” about Razvozhaev and his Krasnoyarsk PR man Sergey Tolmachev, now declared in the criminal role of “deputy governor” in Russia-occupied Melitopol, was a purely “Donetsk initiative”
The final answer to it was received in the occupied Yalta, where the criminal invaders’ “police” recently detained a native of Makiivka Maxim Sukhomlinov, Pogodin’s accomplice in the terrorist battalion “Kerch” as part of the events of 2014, including the murder of Chubenko.
It is obvious that this situation has gone beyond the occupied Donetsk and is clearly tied to Moscow, thus, Razvozhaev’s “Sevastopolstroyproekt” “crossed the road” to some influential “competing” structures that make billions on illegal “public procurement” in the occupied Crimea, and most likely this is the criminal structure “VAD”, controlled by the oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, close to Putin.
