Thanks to experts from the Ukrainian Cyber Resistance team, they managed to identify the Russian war criminal, the commander of the military unit 75387, 960th Air Assault Regiment. Data about him has already been handed over to the international intelligence community InformNapalm.
It became known that it was Colonel Sergei Atroshchenko who was responsible for the criminal bombing of the Drama Theater in Mariupol, where civilians were hiding from Russian air and artillery attacks in March 2022. His air regiment continues to be stationed at an airfield on the outskirts of Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Territory, on the shore of the Sea of Azov.
Sergei Atroshchenko refused to cooperate with intelligence agencies, so it was decided to make his data and information about his regiment public. Materials were transferred to the International Criminal Court, in order to bring Atroshchenko and his subordinates to justice.
“Atroshchenko Sergey Valeryevich, born 05.05.1981, lived in Ovruch, Zhitomir region, Ukraine. Then he moved to the Russian city of Lipetsk, then he was registered in Voronezh, Leninsky Prospekt 96a, apt. 89. Later he was registered at the place of service in the military unit 46451 in the settlement of Gvardeyskoye in the occupied Crimea. Thanks to the data from his e-mail and personal account on the resource of the “Ministry of Defense” of the aggressor, the specialists received information on payments, various detailed lists of pilots of his regiment, statements, performance characteristics of officers, certificates, theoretical and practical calculations”, – informs “InformNapalm”.
InformNapalm” specialists did not publish all the data for public access, because they contain important information for the future investigation of the criminal both in Ukraine and in the International Criminal Court. Recall that the horrific bombing of the Drama Theater in Mariupol last March shocked the whole world, as citizens posted the word “Children” in huge letters in front of the theater, especially for Russian pilots. Unfortunately, this did not stop Russian criminals from dropping air bombs on the theater.
In turn, the expert of the Association for Reintegration of Crimea, PhD in law Alexei Plotnikov, emphasized that the prosecution of the top leadership of the aggressor for the war unleashed against Ukraine and for war crimes already committed, has already begun since the ICC warrant for the arrest of putin.
“The kidnapping of children, with which the ICC started, is only one element of the whole chain of crimes,” said the expert.
Alexei Plotnikov noted, “The ICC mechanisms are only the beginning of the process of bringing leaders of Russia’s military and political leadership to justice. 99.9% of the crimes committed by Moscow should be brought to its logical conclusion in Ukraine (in person, in absentia), as well as in russia after the change of regime in the Kremlin.”
Not only putin should sit, but also those “next to him” who supported him and justified this war, who continue to shoot on our Ukrainian soil.
“The criminals of the Kremlin, the so-called “High-profile” level, should know on a psychological level that they will be tried and sought and found, and in 50 or 100 years for all the crimes that have lasted since 2014. There is no statute of limitations. The moment of the large-scale invasion in February 2022 only accelerated these processes,” said the ARC expert.
Our Association is in solidarity with the opinion that the identification of all participants in the crimes, all members of the Russian army and the chain of Russian command responsible for the crimes is of paramount importance.
It was the lists of such criminals that guaranteed a positive outcome in the Boeing case, which the Dutch court recently handed down and on Girkin, among others.
And putin’s visits to occupied Mariupol and occupied Crimea may indicate a direct link between the actions of Moscow’s top leadership and the criminal actions of the military, which certainly must and will be proven.
