Earlier, we repeatedly wrote about all kinds of scams related to Crimean resort property of various owners, sanatoriums, boarding houses, recreation centers, criminally “nationalized” by Russian occupiers in 2014, the illegal “management” of which was “transferred” to the fake invaders’ “unitary enterprise” “Solnechnaya Tavrika”, where figures from the Sergei Aksenov’s gangster clan were placed “at the helm”.
Now the collaborators are organizing a new fraud in this area – the criminal “state council committee” announced the planned illegal “sale at an open auction of 17 non-residential buildings in Yevpatoria”, which since 2014 have been criminally managed by the same “Solnechnaya Tavrika”.
It was stated that the “received funds” are planned to be spent on the allegedly “reconstruction” of the Yevpatoria sanatoriums “Druzhba”, which actually belongs to the Dnipro plant “Yuzhmash”, “Mriya”, owned by “Ukrzaliznytsia”, and also belonging to “Ukrgeofizika” complex “Dolphin” in Pishchane, Bakhchisaraisky District, and now criminally operated by same “Solnechnaya Tavrika”.
It is noteworthy that these three sanatoriums were actively illegally used by the Russian invaders to accommodate children deported from the occupied Kherson Region in 2022, as well as for propaganda actions with children from occupied Donetsk, as we previously reported.
The experience of previous similar “multi-way scams” says that after the transfer of 17 tidbits of real estate in seaside Yevpatoria to “the right people” and “write-offs” for fake “reconstruction”, then the same “Druzhba”, “Mriya” and “Dolphin”.
