On October 11, social networks reported that the criminal “mayor” of Energodar Alexander “Volga” was assassinated, in which his car was shot, but he himself survived. Later, “Volga” recorded a video message in which he denied the information about his injury, but a week later the occupiers “removed” this criminal from his fake “position”, giving him “a certificate and a badge” from Chechen gautleyter Ramzan Kadyrov “as a keepsake”.
The quotation marks regarding the “surname” of this person are not accidental, since this is the pseudonym of Alexander Molokov, who “checked in” in 2014-2015 in the “administration” of occupied Alushta.
Then Molokov, together with his “boss” Igor Sotov, effectively “mastered the funds” on capital construction, but in the end he received a “criminal case” for bribery and embezzlement at the construction of the “Solnyshko” kindergarten and for “resettlement from the emergency fund”.
In 2016, Molokov was arrested by the invaders’ punishers, and in 2018 he was “sentenced to four years in prison.” It is noteworthy that his “boss” Sotov did not reach prison, and in 2021 he again began to “lead” the fake “municipal administration” of the occupiers in Alushta.
It is also interesting that the organizer of the “criminal case” against Molokov and Sotov, the invaders’ punisher from the “investigation department” Konstantin Giryakov was “beaten by unknown people” in Alushta, after which the case against Sotov was “hushed up”.
In 2022, Alexander Molokov, a graduate of the Novosibirsk Combined Arms Command School, was “reactivated” by the aggressor’s special services after “serving his sentence”, after which he, with the pseudonym “Volga”, “lit up” in the criminal role of a “military commandant”, first in Russia-occupied Kamianske, Zaporizhzhya Region, and then – in Energodar.
In his fake “positions”, Molokov “marked himself” by looting the crop and organizing its triansfer to the Crimea, as well as collecting “tribute” from farmers and businessmen. It is noteworthy that Molokov’s statement as the criminal “mayor” of Energodar “coincided” with the aggressor’s increased hysteria over the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, and his current “resignation” occurred immediately after the IAEA resolution regarding Russian nuclear provocations, which we already wrote about.
Thus, the criminal plans of the aggressor for the Zaporizhzhya NPP are now, most likely, being “corrected” in some way.
