The invaders’ propaganda decided to “boast” about the allegedly “mass character” of providing “assistance” to the inhabitants of the Kherson Region, who were moved by the occupiers to the Crimea. It is stated that about “two thousand applications” were allegedly received “from migrants from the Kherson Region” in the Crimea, for “receiving housing certificates and lump-sum payments”.

At the same time, allegedly “500 applicants” only wished to receive fake “certificates” for living in remote areas of Russia, that is, three times less than those who were willing to receive “payments”. This is predictable, since the aggressor’s “administration” does not provide any housing to displaced persons in the occupied Crimea itself.

At the same time, since the spring of 2022, various sources have given a figure of at least 50-60 thousand residents of the Kherson Region displaced to the Crimea; thus, only an insignificant part of these persons decided to “register relations” with the Russia occupiers, receiving promises of “payments” and fake “certificates”.

It is noteworthy that in the occupied Sevastopol, the occupiers’ fake “officials” periodically state that all persons displaced from mainland Ukraine “should seek help” only in Simferopol and Dzhankoy. At the same time, the aggressor’s Sevastopol “administration” “allocated” 600 million “budget rubles” for the very “payments” that it is not going to give to anyone.

Earlier we already wrote about a similar scheme for the development of “payments of 10 thousand rubles” by the occupiers, but now for the fake “officials”, the stakes have obviously “raised” in their quest for profit.
