Lawyer Rustem Kiamilev says his defendant in the second Simferopol Hizbut-Tahrir Case EskenderSuleymanov has been kept with a tuberculosis cellmate for more than two months.
‘Eskender Suleymanov told me he had been kept with a TB cellmate for two months, as it was foundout later’, the lawyer informed.
Kiamilev added that Eskender Suleymanov had several times asked the medical facility to send all hiscellmates to X-ray examination. The administration of the temporary detention centre, however, hastaken no actions so far.
