Recently, aggressor-controlled “Crimean media” announced that the “financial supervision service” had uncovered alleged “massive financial violations” in the so-called “state committee on youth policy.”
Among other things, they reported “suddenly discovered” fraudulent payments to “grand recipients” over the past two years, with a particular emphasis on violations identified in the “implementation of projects in the field of patriotic education and volunteer activities,” both during the selection of recipients and in the oversight of their spending.
So far, no one has been detained by the “committee,” and the aggressor’s propaganda has not mentioned any “criminal cases.” But it’s clear that competing groups have sent “warm greetings” to “committee head” Alexey Zinchenko and the “director” of a subordinate structure to the “committee,” the “Resource center for supporting volunteering in the sphere of safety culture and elimination of consequences of natural sisasters,” Alexander Korol.
The aforementioned collaborator, Zinchenko, joined the “committee” in 2022 from “youth structures” in the “State council” and “United Russia” close to Vladimir Konstantinov. He built his “dazzling career” on brainwashing Crimean youth, for which he was recently placed on the EU sanctions list.
