On March 28, a new “football” show by the aggressor began, with several “teams” from the occupied territories of Ukraine “making their mark” at the start of the 2026 season of the LEON-Russian Second League (Leon Vtoraya Liga – Divizion B 2026), which the aggressor’s propaganda began “exuberantly” reporting.
This includes Mikhail Razvozhaev’s PR brainchild, the “club” “Sevastopol,” and Yalta’s “Rubin,” which had previously illegally participated in the Russian Second League, as well as the Bakhchisarai “club” “Kyzyltash,” which had appeared for the first time, having previously been exploited by the aggressor as a “Crimean Tatar team.”
Now, under the “patronage” of Albert Kurshutov and Rustem Ametov’s collaborators, the “president” of “Kyzyltash” is Crimean Tatar “businessman” Eldar Yayachik from Koreiz, Yalta.
Yayachik controls construction and transportation companies such as “StroyYugTrans” and “Albeton”. He is associated with the marginal and pro-Russian Crimean Tatar organization “Milli Firka”, as well as the “Tauride Muftiate”, now disgraced by the aggressor.
As for the “hardened” UEFA ban violators, the “clubs” “Sevastopol” and “Rubin-Yalta”, last season they “for some reason” did not play in the Second League B, where they had been active since 2023.
Regarding “Rubin”, we previously described the club’s financial collapse and the complaints of its “presidents,” Kirill Shaposhnikov and Sergei Gardok, about the “lack of financial capacity” to play in the second league.
Funds for “Rubin-Yalta” from Russian intelligence agencies “suddenly appeared” at the end of 2025, along with a rather peculiar “new founder,” the “Autonomous non-commercial organization for the promotion of wildlife protection services and ecotourism development” “Krym Zapovedny”.
The beneficiaries of this Moscow-registered organization are carefully concealed, but through its director, Alexei Lutokhin, a connection can be traced to Muscovites Pavel and Lyudmila Puzyrev, who own the so-called “Special Developer” “Gurzuf-Pushkino”.
Just this month, this Alushta-based “firm” received “permission” from the occupiers to build a “multifunctional residential complex” for Russian colonizers in Yalta’s Massandra.
Also, this year, “teams” from the mainland occupied territories, namely the so-called “Zorya” from Luhansk and “Shakhtar” from Donetsk, have appeared in the aforementioned second league.
Thus, the aggressor is expanding the illegal participation of “football clubs” from the occupied territories of Ukraine in its second league, while the Kremlin’s secret services are actively extracting funds for this PR activity from the “motivated businesses.”
