Recently, Crimean gauleiter Sergei Aksyonov announced that a “large Belarusian enterprise” for the production of aluminum structures had opened on the Kerch Peninsula, allegedly “with computer-controlled machines and laser processing,” and allegedly targeting the Russian, rather than the Crimean, market.
Aksyonov “didn’t bother” to provide details, but it’s practically certain that this is the enterprise whose opening in the village of Lugovoye (Agibel) was described “locally” by occupier-controlled “media” back in January 2025.
At that time, it was claimed that the village would produce “double-glazed windows and ready-made windows with aluminum profiles,” and that supposedly “new production lines,” including an industrial printer, were supplied from China, with the Chinese allegedly also handling “equipment setup and testing.”
The name of the “company” to which the occupiers “registered” the plant was clearly intentionally misspelled by the aforementioned “media” last year.
However, it clearly refers to the “Ima-Group” structure “registered” in the same village, while the plant was built by another “company,” namely, “Ima-Start,” “registered” in Feodosia.
The “founder” of “Ima-Group” is listed as Andrei Isagulov, who previously owned the Isakidis trading house in Krasnodar, as well as the “Isakidis Vilma” structure in Lugovoy. In 2010, Isagulov received a tax code in Minsk, and in 2024, a Russian one, also in Krasnodar.
However, the founder of “Ima-Start” is listed as Democritus Kalaychiev, who previously worked as a specialist in the district tax office of the Krasnodar Territory.
Back in 2018, Feodosia’s “authorities” promoted this structure as supposedly “one of the companies within a large holding company” allegedly involved, among other things, in the construction of Alexander Lukashenko’s residence.
However, at that time, “Ima-Start” was registered to a Greek named Sarimpegk Marampidis from Thessaloniki, and its previous beneficiary was listed as a certain Andreas Isakidis, the “namesake” of the “companies” previously registered by the occupiers in Isagulov’s name.
Meanwhile, Malkhazi Arudov is listed as the “director” of “Ima-Start”. He was previously listed as a “co-founder,” along with Tsiala Arudova and Suzanna Sakalidis, of the “Onassis Family” “charitable foundation”, also “registered” in Lugovoye.
Before the occupation, Arudov and Sakalidis owned the company “Versiya” in Feodosia, which operated a resort business.
Arudov also owned the company “Ellada Plus” in Lugovoye for many years. Until 2006, he was a deputy of the AR of Crimea, and later became known as the AR Crimea’s representative in Moscow.
During the occupation, the interests of these businessmen were also monitored in the maritime transport and oil product operations in Feodosia.
Therefore, it is extremely likely that the current stories of collaborators about “Belarusian business,” with a clear reference to Isagulov’s Belarusian passport, are a kind of cover for the true beneficiaries of the Lugovoye plant, who are far more closely connected not to Minsk, but to Greek businesses criminally attempting to circumvent Crimean sanctions.
