Some days ago, the aggressor’s “Crimean” propaganda decided to continue the epic with “blockade lawsuits”, stating that the illegal “arbitration court of the Republic of Crimea” “satisfied the claims of Crimean enterprises” on the so-called “recovery of damages from the Ukrainian water blockade of Crimea”. In total, the occupiers fabricated about 20 such “claims”, and now they have declared a “historic victory” of the so-called firms “Trade and Industrial Company “Infokar” and “Chernyshevskoye 22”.
Let us note, that before the occupation, “Infokar” was an enterprise registered in Razdolne (Ak-Sheikh), with founders Alexey Cherednikov and Andrey Novokhatsky, engaged in “various” activities. Since 2014, these businessmen “re-registered the company” and then did whatever they could, including attempts to establish cargo transportation from Turkey.
At the same time, Cherednikov, as a former football player, tried to “get into power” through both fake “football teams and associations” and via “Spravedlivaya Rossiya” (“A Just Russia”) “Crimean blanch”. Cherednikov was not given the coveted “mandate”, but “was allowed to get close to the top persons”, since this figure was noted both at the fake “Yalta international economic forum” and in the “Association of participants of the free economic zone of Crimea”.
And it was Cherednikov who was the “co-founder of the enterprise” “Krymrybokombinat”, which five years ago already “filed a claim against Ukraine for damages” for the “water blockade of Crimea”. But then the “sight” was set on the European Court of Human Rights, which on June 3, 2020, rejected the claim of “Krymrybkombinat” due to its failure to go through the Ukrainian courts on this issue: then the organizers of this scam filed a claim in the commercial court, but did not want to pay the filing fee.
As for “Chernyshevskoye 22” from the Crimean village of Botanichne, its “founder” is listed as Nadezhda Garkusha from Simferopol, and the “director” is Vitaly Libov. Before the occupation, the same Libov headed “Chernyshevske”, which at that time was part of the Ukrainian agro-complex “Ukrlandfarming”.
It is noteworthy that in 2023-2024, the infamous Oleg Tsarev, with his poultry farm “Yuzhnaya-Holding”, “was in court” against Garkusha in Crimea as part of a certain “economic dispute”, but then the parties “parted amicably”.
